Return Conditions

  • Return Shipping Fee: The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. This fee may differ from the original shipping fee, which is partially covered by us.

  • Product Condition: Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Returns will not be accepted for items that show any signs of use, wear, or modification.

  • Original Packaging: All original packaging (jewelry boxes, tags, etc.) must be returned intact. Returns without the original packaging will not be accepted.

  • Return Window: Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after this period.

  • Custom and Personalized Products: Custom-made or personalized jewelry (engraved, custom-stone, etc.), charm products (customizable, personalized charms), and hygiene-sensitive products (earrings, etc.) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons and customization.

  • Discounted Items: Items purchased at a discount cannot be returned, but exchanges are possible. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days and with the original packaging.

  • Return Authorization: Before initiating a return, please contact customer service to obtain approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

  • Return Process: Returned items will undergo a quality control check. If approved, the return will be processed, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The condition of the returned items will be evaluated based on the return policy.
