4. User Obligations

If the user's account is used in a way that harms Euphorist or third parties or damages Euphorist’s commercial reputation due to the user's actions, Euphorist reserves the right to immediately cancel the user's membership and take legal action against the user. The "Invite a Friend" application on the Euphorist website cannot be used to generate unsolicited commercial communication/ “unsolicited bulk e-mail” (UCE/SPAM). In case of such activities, the user's account, including coupons, will be terminated indefinitely and unilaterally without the need to provide any further reason. Euphorist reserves the right to claim compensation for any damages incurred.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Return requests can be sent via email to order@euphorist.co or through the contact information on our website. Products must be delivered to Euphorist within 14 days after being shipped. Any shipping or customs fees during this period are the customer's responsibility. The product's invoice date must not exceed 14 days, tags should not be removed, the product must be unused, retain its resellable condition, and maintain its original form. Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders made with yellow or white gold are considered special orders and cannot be returned or exchanged. Similarly, all rings are custom-made to size and cannot be returned or exchanged. According to the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502, consumers do not have the right to return or exchange goods purchased in-store unless there is a defect in the product.
